Gives £28 to his daughter Elizabeth if she outlives him. If she does not, then he gives the same to her children, if she has any.
Gives £10 to his son John.
Gives £30 to his daughter Ales.
Gives 1 shilling to his son Thomas, he having already received his portion.
Gives 1 shilling to his daughter Amye, she having already received her portion.
Gives to his granddaughter Mary (daughter of his son Richard), a heifer aged 12 months.
Gives 12 pence each to the rest of his grandchildren.
Gives to Jullian the daughter of William Carvolth of the parish of Cubert one ewe, for reasons known only to himself.
Gives to his wife Frances his bed and bedclothes, as well as a cow, a pan, a little crock, three tin platters, his second-best candlestick, two wooden dishes, provided she permits his son Richard to occupy and hold half his tenement of Engarrack. If she refuses, then he gives her one shilling only.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his eldest son Richard Harrye whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament. Gives to him his lease on a tenement called Trevernan which he holds of John Paynter.
