SUDDEN DEATH AT RINGMER.
Mrs. Starnes, of Brighton, died suddenly on the main road on Wednesday morning about 11.30, after complaining of feeling unwell. The lady was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. George Carey, of Broyle Farm.
In company with her sister, Mrs. A. Fudge*, of Moorhouse Farm, with whom she had been staying, she had walked up to the main road. It was while waiting for the Lewes bus that she made the complaint and at once fell back on the road dead. She was 58 years of age and as she had recently been under medical attention the Coroner deemed an inquest unnecessary.
