In 1830 Sarah Fisher wife of Joseph Fisher was co-executrix of her father's Will.

In 1835 Sarah Fisher was sole executrix of her husband's Will.

In 1841 Sarah Fisher, aged 45, born in Gloucestershire, ind[ependent], was living at 2 St. George's Sq., Cheltenham co. Gloucester. With her were children (all independent and born in co. Gloucester) Sarah (18), Margaret (20), Elizabeth (25), Helen (16) and James (14).

In 1851 Sarah Fisher, aged 55, born in Prestbury Glos, widow, proprietor of houses, was living at 2 St. George's Sq., Cheltenham co. Gloucester. With her were daughters Sarah and Ellen, both aged 26 and born in Southam Glos.

Abstract of the Will of Sarah Fisher of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester, Widow, written 16 Dec 1852, proved 3 Mar 1853. 2

Appoints William Watts of Cheltenham, gent. and John Bennett of Wootton Bassett in co. Wilts, yeoman, co-executors of her last will.

Gives and bequeaths to her two daughters Elizabeth and Sarah all her furniture and other personal estate, share and share alike.

Directs her executors to pay to her sons Joseph and James £40 each out of the profits from the real estate in Wootton Bassett. Whereafter her daughters Elizabeth, Margaret, Sarah and Ellen receive equal shares as tenants in common. Further directed that if, after seven years following her decease, her executors and trustees have not confirmed that her daughter Margaret who is abroad is still alive, then her executors shall stand seized of her share.
