Abstract of the Will of Joseph Fisher of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester, Surveyor, written 10 Jul 1835, proved 10 Nov 1835. 3
Gives, devises and bequeaths to his wife Sarah his real and personal estate for the term of her natural life. After her decease he gives, devises and bequeaths the same between his children as tenants in common except one who shall become entitled to a freehold property in Wiltshire devised from the Will of Mr Tompson, deceased to Joseph and his wife.
Appoints his said wife sole executrix of his last will and testament.
