In March 1786 Corns Woolley was present at the marriage of his eldest sister Mary Woolley to Robert Washbourn in Wootton Bassett.
In 1793 Cornelius Woolley of Prestbury in co. Gloucester became a beneficiary of the Will of his brother-in-law Jasper Cripps of Marlborough, gent., receiving £10.
In 1806 Cornelius Woolley was co-executor of the Will of his brother John Woolley of Bishops Cleeve, gent.

Abstract of the Will of Cornelius Woolley of the Island of Guernsey, Gentleman, written 23 Jan 1830, proved 16 Mar 1830. 5
Gives, devises and bequeaths all his real and personal estate to his two eldest daughters by his marriage and to his friend Mr. John Willoughby of Guernsey, gent., in trust, to sell after his decease, dividing the proceeds equally among all his surviving children, including those from his marriage as well as his two natural daughters by Sarah Warder with whom he lives and to whom he is committed but not married.
Appoints his two eldest daughters, Sarah Warder and John Willoughby co-executors of his last will and testament.
Witnesses: Elizabeth Tusting, Elizabeth Sarah Tusting, Edwin Wagstaffe, all of the Island of Guernsey.
Will proved at London by Susan Capell (wife of John Capel) and Sarah Fisher (wife of Joseph Fisher), the two eldest daughters and, as such, two of the executors...
