In May 1690 Thomas Carpenter and Andrew Trounsen took inventory of the goods and chattels of Henery Phillips of Illogan, deceased.

Abstract of the Will of Thomas Carpenter of the Parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall, Weaver, written 25 Apr 1694, proved 14 Jun 1694. 3
Gives an annuity of £4 to his wife during her widowhood so long as William Garter and Ann his wife shall live. He also gives her any his household goods for her use as well as a croft house to live in.... The same shall pass to William Garter's children at her decease.
All the rest and residue of his goods and chattels he gives to his daughter Ann, making her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
