In Jun 1614 Thomas Foxe and William Margor took inventory of the goods and chattels of Richard Harry of Illogan, deceased.

In 1627 Thomas Foxe is listed as a church warden for the parish of Illogan.

In Mar 1641/2 Thomas Fox of Illogan signed the Protestation Oath.

The Nuncupative Will of Thomas Fox of Illogan, recorded 16 Feb 1648/9, proved 20 Jun 1649. ²

In the name of god Amen the xvith day of February Anno Dni 1648 Thomas Fox of Illogan in the County of Cornwall being sick in body but of perfect memory declared his will nuncupative in manner & forme following, vizt he gave unto the poore of St Agnes & to the poore of Illogan vi^s. viij^d a peece: also unto his daughter Sidwell v^s. and to Arthur Fox v^s. and to all his grandchildren ij^s. a peece, more to Kathren Wm v^s. to David Bray j^s. to his mayde servant j^s. & to Mary Paule xij^d. All the rest of his goods and Chattels he gave unto his eldest Sonn John Fox whom he made his sole & only Executor here being three & here present John Tonkin & David Bray with . . . . . . .
