Abstract of the Will of Thomas Grylls of the Borough of Helston in the County of Cornwall, Esq., written 8 May 1813, proved 7 Dec 1813. ⁵

Referring to his marriage settlement with Mary his wife he bequeaths to her an annuity of £200 for life. Gives his wife a further annuity of £150 during her widowhood, effective from the death of her mother Mrs. Mary Treweeke.

Gives to his mother-in-law Mary Treweeke formerly Millett annuities of £140, £42 and £50 to which she is entitled for her life out of the property formerly belonging to her late husband Humphrey Millett.

Names as beneficiaries of his will his eldest son Humphrey Millett Grylls, his sons Thomas Grylls, Glynn Grylls, Gerveys Grylls, Charles Grylls and his daughters Cordelia, Emily Meliora, Caroline and Loveday Marshall.
