Gives 5 guineas each to his brother-in-law Gerveys Allen and to his kinsman Matthew Grylls, Esq.
Gives £100 to his wife Cordelia Grylls, along with with her gold watch, rings, jewelry and clothing, a horse and saddle, and the use of all the household goods and furniture during her widowhood.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his wife Cordelia Grylls his leasehold fields in the parish of Sithney and a leasehold stable in Helston.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his wife Cordelia Grylls and to his friends Sir Richard Vyvyan, Bart., of Trelowarren, Thomas Glynn of Helston, Esq., Thomas Glynn the Younger of Helston, Esq. and Richard Johns of Helston, gent., son of the late William Johns, all his leasehold interest in tenements in the parishes of Breage and Sithney, in trust for his son Thomas Grylls during his minority.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his said trustees his leasehold interest in a tenement in the parish of St. Keverne, in trust for his daughter Cordelia Grylls during her minority.
