In 1813 Caroline was named as a beneficiary in her father's will.
In 1851 Caroline Tippett, aged 45, born in St. Anthony-in-Meneage Cornwall, and husband Richard E. Tippett, aged 50, born in St. Erth Cornwall, solicitor, were living at Alverton Terrace, Madron, Cornwall. With them were children (born in Marazion) Richard E. (14), scholar, Charles (13), scholar, Albert V. (10), scholar, James V. (9), scholar, and Mary M. (5).
In 1861 Caroline Tippett, aged 55, born in St. Anthony-in-Meneage, and husband Richard E. Tippett, aged 60, born in St. Erth, solicitor, were living at Alverton Terrace, Madron. With them were daughter Mary M. (15) of Marazion, daughter-in-law Mary A. R. Tippett (21) of Eccington Derbyshire, widow, grandson Richard E. Tippett (1) of Bombay, East Indies.

(Richard Edwards Tippet was born about 1801 in St. Erth, Cornwall, christened there 17 Nov 1807, died on 20 Dec 1867 at Alverton Terrace, Madron, Cornwall, and was buried on 26 Dec 1867 in Marazion, Cornwall, aged 67 years.)
