In 1871 Nannie Vivian, aged 18, born in Hayle Cornwall, draper's assistant, was with her sister Ellen F. Trerise at 10 Clerk Terrace, Falmouth, Cornwall.

In 1881 Nannie Martin, aged 28, born in Hayle, and husband Nicholas H. Martin, aged 33, born in Stithians Cornwall, pharmaceutical chemist, were living at 8 Woodhouse Terrace, Gateshead, Durham. Present were daughters Ellen R (6) of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, scholar, Maud V. (5), scholar, and Nora H. (4 weeks), both of Gateshead Durham, husband's niece Jane Spargo (17) of Stithians.

In 1891 Nannie Martin, aged 38, born in St. Erth Cornwall, and husband Nicholas H. Martin, aged 43, born in Stithians, pharmaceutical chemist, were at 85 Osborne Rd., Jesmond, Northumberland. With them were daughters Ellen R. (16) of Hitchin Hertfordshire, scholar, and Maud V. (15) of Gateshead Durham.

In 1901 Nannie Martin, aged 48, born in Hayle, and husband Nicholas H. Martin, aged 53, born in Stithians, manufact[urer] and pharmaceutical chemist, employer, were living at Ravenswood, Lamesley, Durham. With them was daughter Maud Vivian (25) of Gateshead Durham.
