  Research Notes:

In 1765 Julian Vivian was a beneficiary of her husband's will, receiving his tenement or estate called Camborne Veor.

In 1782 Julian Vivian was a beneficiary of the will of her son James Vivian, who left her £500 together with an annuity of £50 for the term of her natural life.

Abstract of the Will of Julian Vivian of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 4 Feb 1783, proved 24 Sep 1791. 3

Gives £300 to her daughter Jane the wife of Robert Carthew Reynolds, in trust, for Jane's daughter, Julian Reynolds.

Gives £200 to her daughter Elizabeth Vivian.

Gives all her household furniture and clothing to her five daughters Mary Tippett, Julian Babb, Ann Bennett, Jane Reynolds and Elizabeth Vivian, share and share alike.

All the rest of her chattels, credits and effects, she gives to her daughters Jane Reynolds and Elizabeth Vivian, appointing them co-executrices of her last will and testament.

Administration of her goods and so forth was granted to Jane the wife of Robert Carthew Reynolds, Esqr. and Elizabeth the wife of John Richards, Clerk.
