In 1782 Anne the wife of Mr. Charles Bennett was a beneficiary of the will of her brother James Vivian of Rosewarne, who left her £300.

In 1787 (Ann) Bennett was named as a beneficiary in the will of her brother the Rev. John Vivian of Pencalenick, Clerk.
