In 1765 Mary the wife of Mr. James Tippett was a beneficiary of her father's will.

In 1782 Mary Tippet the wife of Mr James Tippet of Camborn became a beneficiary of the will of her brother James Vivian of Rosewarne, receiving £300 together with an annuity of £10 for life.

In 1787 Mary Tippett, widow, was granted Administration of her late husband's personal estate.
