Abstract of the Will of Harriet Tippet of the Parish of Falmouth, Widow and Relict of James Tippet late of the same Place, written 26 Apr 1836, proved 19 May 1837. ²

Gives to her daughters Caroline Tippet, spinster, and Louisa Brown, widow of William Edward Brown of Falmouth, master mariner, all her clothing, trinkets, house and other linen, share and share alike.

Gives in trust to James Bull of the parish of Budock, gentleman, all her monies, stocks and funds, particularly her Insurance Policy no. 3443 in the Provident Life Assurance Office, to secure £500, along with all her personal estate, goods, chattels & effects, upon trust, to pay the a moiety of the interest, dividends and annual proceeds to her daughter the said Caroline Tippet, and the other half to be paid to her daughter the said Louisa Brown. After the death of her said daughters, the same to be paid to her grandchildren Louisa Georgianna Brown and Harriet Brown, the daughters of the said Louisa Brown, share and share alike.

Appoints James Bull executor of her last will and testament.
