In 1837 Caroline Tippet, spinster, was a beneficiary of her mother's will.

In 1851 Caroline Tippet, aged 55, born in Falmouth Cornwall, unmarried, annuitant, was in Lower Road, Budock, Cornwall. With her were sister Louisa Brown (51) of Falmouth, widow, and grandchild Frederica Louisa Groube (3) of Bombay India.

In 1861 Caroline Tippet, aged 65, born in Falmouth, unmarried, fund holder, was in Green Bank, Budock. With her was niece Frederica Groube (13) of East India, scholar.
