Gives and devises his lands, tenements, goods, chattels and other sureties, to his friends Anthony Retallack of the parish of St. Anthony, yeoman, and John Dobb of the borough of Helston, county clerk, as trustees.
Directs his trustees to permit his wife Grace to receive the proceeds and profits from his effects for the term of her natural life provided she remains a widow. He also directs his trustees to apply the residue of the proceeds to the maintenance of those of his children still minors.
Appoints his wife sole executrix of his last will and testament.

Grace the wife of Edward Freeman died about twelve months later without having executed her husband's will. Letters of Administration were granted to sons Thomas Freeman and Edward Freeman, the principal legatees.
