In 1851, Catherine Prideaux (60) of Camborne, widow, independent, was staying with her daughter Jennifer Richards and her family in Trelowarren St., Camborne.

In 1861, Catherine Prideaux (69) of Camborne, widow, was with her daughter Jenifer Richards and her family in 21 Turnpike Rd to Dolcoath Stile, Camborne.

   Marriage Information:

Catherine married Arthur PRIDEAUX, son of Arthur PRIDEAUX of Brea and Jane STEPHENS, on 7 Jun 1813 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Arthur PRIDEAUX was christened on 24 Feb 1789 in Camborne, Cornwall and was buried on 16 Mar 1845 in Camborne, Cornwall.)

Witnesses: John Bawden, Mary Richards

Note: Catherine Bawden had a cousin (daughter of her uncle William Bawden) who was born around the same time. However, as one of the witnesses to Catherine's marriage was John Bawden, it seems more likely that this Catherine rather than her cousin of the same name married Arthur Prideaux.
