Gives and bequeaths to his wife Phillis all his goods, chattels, houses and money owing to him, for her use while she remains single. If she marries again, she is to have a third.
Bequeaths to his son Thomas King the house in which he now lives so long as he pays his mother £3 per year.
Bequeaths to his son John King the house now occupied by Robert Gilbart, after the decease of his wife Phillis.
The rest and remainder is to be divided between his two sons Thomas and John King and he appoints his wife Phillis King sole executrix of his last will.
