Abstract of the Will of Gainor Evans late of Mynydd Ednyfed but now of Pwllheli in the County of Caernarvon, Widow, written 28 May 1827, proved 5 Nov 1828.

Being possessed of and entitled to a sum of £500, she gives and bequeaths the same with interest to Richard Griffith Jones of Pwllheli, surgeon, and John Evans of Tynycoed in the Parish of Abererch, Gentleman, upon Trust to invest as they see fit in order to produce the best annual interest.

Gives and bequeaths the annual interest of £200 of the said £500 to her grandson Robert Morris toward his education and maintenance until he reaches the age of twenty-one years, whereafter she gives and bequeaths to him the said £500.

Gives and bequeaths the annual interest of the remaining £300 of the said £500 to her daughter Elizabeth Jones for the term of her natural life and for her sole and separate use. And after her decease she gives and bequeaths the annual interest of £150 part of the said £300 to her grandson William Morris towards his education and maintenance until he attains the age of twenty-one years at which time she gives and bequeaths to him the said £150 absolutely.

Gives and bequeaths the annual interest of the remaining £150 part of the said £300 to her granddaughters Jane Morris, Anne Elizabeth Morris, and Merriel Griffith Morris towards their education and maintenance until they severally attain the age of twenty-one years at which time she gives and bequeaths to Jane Morris, Anne Elizabeth Morris and Merriel Griffith Morris £50 pounds each.

All the rest and residue of her personal estate and effects to which she is entitled as co-executor of her late husband the Reverend William Evans late of Mynyddednyfed, Clerk, deceased, she gives and bequeaths to her said daughter Elizabeth Jones.

Ordains, constitutes and appoints the said Richard Griffith Jones the sole Executor of her last will and testament.
