Gives & bequeaths £140 to his granddaughter Catherine Robert.
Item. Gives & bequeaths the clock, a bedstead in the room above in the big house and a grate to his heirs.
Item. Gives & bequeaths 40 shillings yearly to his nephew Edmund Prys until he attains the age of sixteen years, and if he should die before the said term to his nephew Morgan Prys.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £5 to his brother Edward Prys.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £5 to his brother Garth? Prys.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £5 to his brother-in-law Robert John.
Item. Gives & bequeaths to his nephew Ellis Jones a gun & pair of buffekin? breeches
Item. Gives & bequeaths £1 to his sister Elizabeth Prys.
Item. Gives & bequeaths 10 shillings to his nephew John Lloyd.
Item. Gives & bequeaths £1 to his niece Anne Lloyd.
Item. Gives & bequeaths 10 shillings to Jane Lloyd.

Item. Gives & bequeaths to his nephew Ellis Jones his best saddle & bridle
Item. Nominates, constitutes & ordains his daughter Jane Executrix of his last will and testament, to whom he gives & bequeaths all the rest and residue of his personal estate.
Appoints Robert Wynne of Maesyneuadd as overseer of his last will and testament.
