Gives to his sister Martha Garlick a legacy of £100.
Gives to his nephew Francis Hart a legacy of £100 which he will receive on reaching the age of twenty-one years.
Gives to each of the children of his late brother William Smith (except his daughter Elizabeth) a legacy of £50 each.
Gives and devises to his three brothers Francis Smith, Jacob Smith and Richard Smith in three equal parts all his freehold messuage or tenement, farm lands, hereditaments and premises in the parishes of Tockenham and Cliffe Pypard, to be tenants in common. After the death of his brother Francis Smith he gives and devises his part to his nephew Francis Smith son of his late brother William. And after the death of his brother Jacob Smith he gives & devises his share to his nephew Robert Smith son of the said Jacob Smith. And after the death of his brother Richard Smith he gives and devises his part to his nephew James Smith son of his late brother William Smith.
All the rest, residue and remainder of his monies, securities for money, stock of cattle, implements of husbandry, household furniture and all other his personal estate and effects he bequeaths to his said three brothers Francis Smith, Jacob Smith and Richard Smith, appointing them joint executors of his last will and testament.
