Abstract of the Will of Francis Smith of Tockenham in the County of Wilts, Yeoman, written 23 Sep 1789, proved 17 Jun 1790.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his wife Martha Smith all his freehold, leasehold and copyhold estates for the term of her natural life or as long as she remains a widow, whereafter he gives, devises and bequeaths the same to his sons and daughters: John, Francis, William, Jacob, Richard, Elizabeth, Mary and Martha and their heirs, except his son Francis and his daughter Elizabeth to whom he bequeaths £20 each.
Nominates and appoints his said wife sole executrix of his last will and testament.
