In 1828 Ann Ellis was a beneficiary of her father's will.

In 1851 Ann Lawry, aged 45, born in Sancreed Cornwall, and husband William Dennis Lawry, aged 54, born in Morvah Cornwall, farmer of 30 acres, were living Chypraze, Morvah. With them were children (born in Morvah) William (11), Hester A. V. (8), scholar, son P. F. V. (6), scholar, and Jane E. (2).

In 1861 Ann Lawry, aged 55, born in Sancreed, and husband William Dennis Lawry, aged 64, born in Morvah, yeoman farmer, were living in Chyprase, Morvah. With them were children (born in Morvah) William (21), farmer, Hester A. V. (17), assists at home, Peter C. V. (16), assists at home, and Jane E. (12), scholar.

In 1871 Ann Lawry, aged 65, born in Sancreed, and husband William D. Lawry, aged 74, born in Morvah, farmer of 42 acres employing 1 man and 1 boy, were living in Chyprase, Morvah. With them were children (born in Morvah, unmarried) William (32), Hester A. (27), and Jane E. (22).

In July 1873 Ann Lawry, widow, was co-executor of her husband's will. In October of the same year, Ann Lawry, widow, was the sole executrix of the will of her son, William Lawry of Morvah, farmer.

Administration of the effects of Ann Lawry late of the parish of Morvah in the county of Cornwall, widow, who died 31 October 1873 at Morvah, was granted 18 November at Bodmin to Peter Curnow Veale Lawry of the parish of St. Just in Penwith in the said county, farmer, the son and one of the next of kin. Effects under £200. 2
