Gives and devises to William Hocking the younger of the parish of Phillack, Clerk, all his freehold estate, lands and hereditaments called Trevalscus in the parish of Gwinear currently occupied by Thomas Michell, in trust, for the benefit of his son Rowland Veale, Clerk, paying him an annuity of £35 out of the said estate, for the term of his natural life.
Gives and devises to the said William Hocking the younger, Clerk, all his freehold estate, lands and hereditaments in the parish of Gwithian, in trust, for the benefit of his son William Veale, paying him an annuity of £20.
Gives and devises to the said William Hocking the younger, Clerk, all his freehold estate, lands and hereditaments called Boskerris in the parish of Lelant, in trust, for the benefit of his wife Jane Veale, for the term of her natural life. After her death, he wills the same to his said son William Veale.
Gives 1 guinea to his daughter Jane the wife of Henry Huthnance, she having already received her portion when she married.
Gives 1 guinea to his daughter Ann the wife of Peter Ellis, she having already received her portion when she married.
Gives to his son William Veale half his share and adventures in mines of tin, copper and other minerals and metals, along with a half share in the engines belonging to these mines.
The rest of his freehold and leasehold lands, tenements and hereditaments, and the remainder of his goods and chattels, he gives to his son Peter Curnow Veale and his heirs, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
