Wills that his body be buried without pomp in the Chancel of Hillesden in the county of Bucks, or where his executors thinks fit.
Gives £5 to the poor of the parish where he is buried.
Gives £5 and a ring to Mrs. Beeston who is staying with his nephew Edmond Verny Esq. at Hillesden in co. Bucks.
Gives 40 shillings and a ring to his goddaughter Frances Tipping of Wheatfield.
Gives 40 shillings to his goddaughter Mrs. Frances Rowles?, youngest daughter of Mr. Thomas Rowles? of L-------- in co. Oxford.
Gives 40 shillings to his goddaughter Florence? Penn, daughter to Mr. Penn, minister of Wheatfield.
Gives £20 to his man Christopher Simson.
Gives all his messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments, along with all the rest of his goods &c. to his son Thomas Isham and his heirs, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
