Wills that his body be buried in the Chancel of Hillesden (in co. Bucks) if this is convenient.
Gives £400 in trust to his cousin Francis Drake of Stretton Rudely, the interest & thereof being for the benefit of the heir male of his cousin germain Henry Isham of Virginia. If, by the time of the testator's decease, his cousin Henry Isham does not have an heir male apparent, then he gives Henry £100.
Gives £100 to his uncle Denton, Dr. of Phisick.
Gives £20 to his cousin Alexander Denton, barrister of the Middle Temple.
Gives £10 each to his cousin George Nicholas and his wife Anne Nicholas also £10.
Gives £10 to his cousin Robert Dormer of Lincoln's Inn, barrister.
Gives his messuages, lands, tenements & hereditaments to his friend Mr. Francis Drake of Stretton Audeley and his heirs, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
