Gives to his son John Isham his sorrell mare.

Gives £10 4s. to Saxbey, the man who dwells on his land.

Gives £66 13s. 4d. to his son Eusabyn Isham.

His sons William and Thomas he refers to his wife.

Gives a year's wages to his servants additional to what they would normally get paid.

Gives £4 10s. to Steynes of Orlingbury for a horse.

Gives to his man Barbon £40 besides his wages.

Gives £5 to the poor of Pichely.

All the remainder he gives to his wife Anne.
