Appoints his father Sir Eusebie Isham and his brother Thomas Isham co-executors of his will.
Gives to his said brother Thomas Isham the lease of the Parsonage House in Braunston and of its tithes of corn and grain.
Gives £10 to his daughter Anne Lane.*
Gives £10 to Blase Adams for his efforts in his affairs, as well as all his clothing.
Gives £20 to his servant William Care/Eare.
Gives £10 to Robert Tymes.
Gives £6 13s. 4d. to his servant John Allen.
Gives £10 to the poor of Braunston.
Gives £5 to the poor of Vichley.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his executors.

Following the death of his father in June 1626, he appoints his brother Thomas Isham sole executor of his last will.
Gives to Thomas Makepeace, William Southam, Robert Foster and Henry Bree, being four of the most long-term copyholders of his manor of Braunston, the sum of £20, such that it be lent annually to the poorest copyholders of his said manor, the yearly profits being divided among six poor widows in the town of Braunston, namely Margarett Swaine, Margerie Burrowe, Isabell Draper, Mary Cricke, widow Worrall and Isabell Duglas.
Gives to his cousin Gregorie Isham four of his milk beasts.
Gives to his brother-in-law Thomas Threlfull thirty hoggerells, his stone? horse and seven cows.
Gives to his Hanna his maid one of his cows.
Gives to Robert Tymes his sorrell mare and one suit of clothes.
Gives 20 shillings to Isack Moule, one of his shepherds, and gives two of Isack's children two lambs.
Gives to Zephania Southam two ewes and his horse gears.
Gives 20 shillings to his servant Edward Warrington.
Gives to Martha Burrowes one ewe.
Gives 20 shillings to his shepherd John Garner.
