In 1911 Cassie Jenkins, aged 28, born in Bonvilston Glamorgan (mother of 1 child), and husband of 2 years Josiah Jenkins, aged 31, born in Cadoxton Glamorgan, farmer, were living inPencofry Farm Cadoxton-juxta-Barry Glamorgan. With them was son Vivian (1) of St. Andrews.

In the 1939 Register Catherine Jenkins (b. 26 Aug 1882), unpaid domestic duties, and husband Josiah Jenkins (b. 3 Apr 1880), farmer, were living on Pencoedtre Farm, Cadoxton, Glamorgan.
