Refers to the Articles and Settlement upon his marriage with Martha, one of the daughters of Richard Edwards late of Nanhoren in the county of Carnarvon, esquire, deceased, wherein a power is reserved for him to charge all or any part of his messuages, lands, tenements & hereditaments in the parishes of Trawsfynydd and Llanelltyd with the sum of £300 to the benefit of his younger children born of his wife Martha, so that the said amount should not affect the jointure lands of Anne Nanney, widow, his late mother, nor the said Martha his now wife, but provide for his daughters Anne Nanney, Catherine Nanney & Martha Nanney.
Gives, devises & bequeaths all those messuages, lands & tenements in the township of Nanney & county of Merioneth to his eldest son Richard Nanney, Clerk, and his heirs.
Gives & bequeaths £200 to his fourth daughter Marry Nanney and his third son Robert Nanney.
Gives & bequeaths to his wife one moiety of his goods & chattels, rights, credits & personal estate after the ancient customs of North Wales, whom he constitutes & appoints co-executor of his last will and testament, along with his children Thomas Nanney and Dorithy Nanney.
Nominates & appoints Madam Catherine Nanney, Timothy Edwards, Edward Price & Griffith Roberts overseers of his last will and testament.
