Wills that her body be buried in the parish church of Llanelltyd in co. Merioneth in the same grave as her late husband Robert Nanney, Esqr.
Gives and bequeaths £40 to her son Lewis Nanney.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to her daughter Anne Roberts.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to her grandson Richard Nanney.
Gives and bequeaths to her son Richard Nanney the use of her silver tankard for life and, after his decease, she gives, devises & bequeaths the same to her said grandson Richard Nanney and the heirs of Cefndauddwr forever.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to her granddaughter Martha Moor.
Gives and bequeaths 2 guineas to her maidservant Ellinor Jones.
Nominates, constitutes & appoints her daughters Catherine the wife of Dr. Thomas Knight and Dorothy Nanney as co-executrices of her last will and testament, and to whom she gives all the rest and residue of her personal estate.
