Wills that his body be buried in the church or churchyard of Trawsfynydd.

Gives and bequeaths 20 shillings to his stepson Edward ap Richard.

Gives and bequeaths £5 each to his stepsons John Richard, Humphrey ap Richard and Owen ap Richard.

Gives and bequeaths 40 shillings to Owen Griffith son of his stepson Griffith ap Richard deceased.

Gives and bequeaths 20 shillings to his stepdaughter Jane verch Richard.

Gives and bequeaths 5 shillings to his nephew Robert Lloyd of Bryn hîr.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to his niece Jane Lloyd daughter of his brother John Lloyd late of Vron.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to his godson David Lloyd one of the sons of his brother Ellis Lloyd of Bryn y maen.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to his niece Elizabeth Lloyd daughter of his brother Evan Lloyd now deceased.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to his goddaughter Elizabeth Roberts one of the daughters of his cousin Griffith Roberts of Rhiwgoch.

Gives and bequeaths 20 shillings to his sister Anne Lloyd of Pandû.

Desires that his cousin Robert Nanney of Kefndauddwr, his nephew Robert Lloyd of Brynhir, and his cousin Griffith Roberts of Rhiwgoch be the overseers of his last will and testament.
