Wishes to be buried in the parish church of Trawsfynydd.
Gives 12 pence to the cathedral church of Bangor.
Gives and bequeaths a moiety of all his goods, cattle, chattels and personal estate to his wife Ellyn.
Gives and bequeaths £80 to his son Ellisie Lloyd to be paid to him by his executors out of the other moiety.
Gives and bequeaths 10 shillings to his son David Lloyd.
Gives and bequeaths his bay . . . . horse about three years old to his son Evan Lloyd.
Gives and bequeaths 20 shillings each to William Bolde of Treddaless, John Morgan of Havod wen, Gent. and Richard Gruffyth of Llanvayre, Gent.
Wills that the rest and residue of his goods, cattle and chattels be equally divided among his children born of his wife Ellyn.
