Abstract of the Will of Margaret Meredith of Carnarvon in the County of Carnarvon, Spinster, written 24 Dec 1802, proved 24 Nov 1807, probate granted 26 Oct 1808

Gives & bequeaths to her niece Anna Maria Wynn of Llewesog Lodge in the county of Denbigh, widow, and the Reverend Hugh Wynn Jones of Treowath? in the county of Anglesey, clerk, the principal money or sum of £400 in Trust, and all the interest due on it at the time of her death, which money is secured by a mortgage from Edward Lloyd of Cefn, esquire, to the late Mrs Catherine Lloyd...

Wills and declares that her niece Jane Jones daughter of her late sister Ann Jones shall receive the interest arising from the aforesaid £400 as it becomes due. And after the death of the said Jane the principal sum of £400 shall be divided among her children.

Gives & bequeaths to her niece Anna Maria Wynn and the Reverend Hugh Wynn Jones the sum of £300 in Trust, which money is secured by a mortgage from Thomas Williams of Cappel Garmon, clerk, to the said Mrs Catherine Lloyd...

Wills and declares that her niece Jane Kelly daughter of late sister Jonet Anwyl shall receive the interest arising from the aforesaid £300 as it becomes due. And after the death of the said Jane Kelly the principal sum of £300 shall be divided among her children.

Gives & bequeaths £200 to her niece Anna Maria Wynn, part of the principal sum of £220. The £20 remainder she gives & bequeaths to her servant Elizabeth Roberts.

Gives & bequeaths £200 to her nephew Humphrey Anwyl.

Gives & bequeaths £150 to her friend and companion Elizabeth Williams, spinster.

Gives & bequeaths to her said niece Anna Maria Wynn all her plate except a silver tankard which she gives & bequeaths to her executrix.

Gives & bequeaths all the rest and residue of her personal estate to the said Elizabeth Williams whom she constitutes and appoints sole executrix of her last will and testament.
