Part of a tripartite Indenture dated 7 Sep 1716 pertaining to the marriage of his brother John Humphreys 'the Younger' of Dolgelley, Esq., at which time he was Rector of Llanddwywey.

Named as a beneficiary in his father's Will (1718)

Enion Humphreys, Rector of Llanenddwyn, was one of the overseers of and witnesses to the Will of Ellis Wynne of Lâsynys (1734).

Gives & bequeaths £1000 to his son John Humphreys, including the tenement called Bwlch Cock in the parish of Dolgelley.

Gives & bequeaths £500 to his daughter Elin Humphreys.

Gives & bequeaths £400 to his daughter Jane.

Gives & bequeaths £600 his wife, whom he constitutes, appoints & ordains his executrix jointly with his son John.
