(Gaynor OWEN was christened on 26 Mar 1788 in Llanfihangel y Pennant, Merioneth, Wales and was buried on 7 Dec 1866 in Tal-y-Llyn, Merioneth, Wales, aged 78 years.)

Ellin (otherwise known as Eleanor Anwyl of Hengae), was buried 29 Jul 1826 in Tal-y-llyn, aged 77 years. Ellin also names as beneficiaries of her Will her nephews Rice Anwyl of Manchester co. Lancaster, Thomas Anwyl of Vron Merioneth, David Anwyl of Bala, Esquire. Other beneficiaries were her sister Jane Roberts, her grand-nephew Lewis Anwyl (son of Thomas above, then under the age of 21), Mrs. Penson, eldest daughter of the Reverend William Anwyl late of Cheswardine Clerk deceased (Humphrey Owen's grand-uncle), Mrs. Butter, youngest daughter of the said William Anwyl of Cheswardine co. Salop.
