In 1807 Ann Avery was named as a beneficiary in her father's Will.
At the time of the 1841 England Census Ann Britt, aged about 60, Ind[ependent], was with her mother in Park Road, Wartling Sussex. Husband James Brett and son William Brett were in Cowbeach, Herstmonceux Sussex.
At the time of the 1851 England Census Ann Britt, age 71, born in Wartling, miller's widow, was with her brother Samuel Avery in Park Cottage, Wartling Sussex.
