Gives and devises to his son Ode Wenham and his heirs his tenement garden, land and premises comprising of about 1 acre in Rie Dicker in the parish of Hellingly, along with his brick kiln with its grounds, buildings and hereditaments situated in the same place.
Directs that the value of his abovementioned real estate be appraised and that, after putting aside £50 for his son Ode Wenham, he charges that a seventh part of the said value be paid to each of his six children: John Wenham, William Wenham, Barbara Wenham, Mary Roods, Sarah Piper and Debora Avery.
Gives and bequeaths all his goods, chattels, rights, credits and personal estate to his said three sons John Wenham, William Wenham and Ode Wenham, and to his said four daughters Barbara Wenham, Mary Roods, Sarah Piper and Debora Avery, share and share alike. He directs that the share of his said daughter Barbara Wenham be paid to his daughter Mary Roods or to her husband Samuel Roods for the benefit of his said daughter Barbara.
Makes his son-in-law Samuel Roods and Henry Bourne of Boreship in Hellingly, yeomen, co-executors of his last will and testament.
