Gives, devises and bequeaths to his son William Wenham and his heirs his leasehold house, lands and premises in Hellingly with the brick kilns, his stock of bricks and tiles, as well as all his household goods, stock, cattle, chattels, and other personal and real estate, on condition that William pays £25 to his brother Edward Wenham.
Appoints his son William Wenham sole executor of his last will and testament.
