Writing her Will in Mar 1727 Mary Sinnock wife of William Sinnock bequeathed to her second son Nicholas Sinnock her messuage, barn, buildings, lands and premises in Bexhill called Cheesmans.
In 1730 Nicholas Sinnock was co-executor and a residuary legatee of his father's Will.
