Abstract of the Will of Mary Sinnock the Wife of William Sinnock of the Parish of St. Mary of the Castle near Hastings in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, written 8 Mar 1727, proved 24 Feb 1730. 4
Gives, devises and bequeaths to her husband William Sinnock all her copyhold lands, tenements & hereditaments for the term of his natural life. After his death she wills her messuage, barn, buildings, lands and premises in Bexhill called Cheesmans to her second son Nicholas Sinnock and his heirs.
Wills that her copyhold lands & premises in Bexhill called Hatch? pass to her youngest son William Sinnock and his heirs following the death of her brother-in-law Richard Stapley who currently occupies them.
Wills that her copyhold lands called Banks pass to her daughter Katharine Sinnock and her heirs immediately following the death of her said husband William Sinnock.
Wills that all her freehold estate descend to her eldest son Richard Sinnock.
Desires that her husband will at the time of his decease divide all his moveable goods and personal estate equally between their four children.
