Gives £10 to his eldest son Edward Langford.

Gives £20 to his son Robert Langford.

Gives £20 to his wife Joane as well as the use and profit of all his goods and chattels so long as she maintains their children during their minority.

All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his youngest son Thomas whom he makes executor of his last will and testament.

Makes William Paynter, Alexander Paynter and his brother John Langford trustees.
