Gives and devises to his wife Ann for the term of her natural life his freehold messuage or tenement garden and premises in Bexhill street in the parish of Bexhill now in the occupation of Thomas Christian and others. He also gives to his wife his leasehold messuage or tenement lands, hereditaments and premises called Stumblett Pitt and Pelhams Field, being near Sidley Green in Bexhill. He also gives £100 to his wife.
Gives and devises to Sarah Sinnock the daughter of his late brother Thomas Sinnock his freehold parcel of land called lower Busley Croft in Bexhill, currently occupied by her mother Susannah Sinnock, widow.
Gives and bequeaths £50 each to his nieces Ann Smith and Sarah Smith, and to his sister Mercy the wife of James Cruttenden.
Following the death of his wife Ann he entrusts the reversion of his freehold & leashold estates to his friends Joseph Newington and Thomas Lansdell, yeoman, both of Bexhill, to sell and to pay the proceeds to his sister Mercy Cruttenden and, following her death, to the maintenance and education of his niece Sarah Sinnock and his nieces Ann Smith and Sarah Smith, daughters of his said sister Mercy Cruttenden by her first husband John Smith deceased.
Appoints the said Joseph Newington and Thomas Lansdell executors of his last will and testament, bequeathing to them five guineas for their efforts.
