At the time of the 1861 England Census Benjn. Spackman, aged 27, born in Prestbury Gloucestershire, Corporal [in] Royal Engineers, and wife Penelope C., aged 28, born in Dartmouth Devon, were living at 1 Crescent Place, Kensington St. Mary Abbott, Middlesex.

At the time of the 1871 England Census Benjn. L.
