In her mother's Will (written 1727) Mary Gartrell is bequeathed the house that John Mill now lives in for the term of her natural life or for as long as she remains unmarried, along with an annuity of £3 for as long as she remains unmarried out of two closes of land called Parketoddens and the croft adjoining called Metheres Noweth in Illogan parish. And if Mary should marry then the above shall return to her mother's executor and Mary will then receive an annuity of 20 shillings.
Mary Gartrell was bequeathed 5 shillings in the Will of her brother John Gartrell of Phillack (written 1767).
