In 1696 Isabella was named as a beneficiary in her father's will, to receive £300 when she turns twenty-one.

In 1704 Isabella Pearce was named as a beneficiary in the will of her grandmother Mary Borlase of Pendeen, widow, who left Isabella £40.

In 1746 Isabella late the wife of Christopher Davies of Bossitow was named in the will of her aunt Elizabeth Rowe* of Paul, widow, as deceased and mother of Elizabeth Davies to whom Elizabeth Rowe made a bequest.

* This is Elizabeth Pearce (sister of Isabella's father) who married the Rev. Thomas Rowe, vicar of Madron, in 1709.
