In 1704 Mary Borlase was named as a beneficiary in the will of her grandmother Mary Borlase of Pendeen, widow, who left her 20 shillings to buy a gold ring.

In 1745 Mary Tremenheere was a beneficiary, trustee and supervisor of her husband's will.

On 11 Sep 1760 Administration of the estates of John and Walter Tremenheere was granted to their mother Mary Tremenheere, widow.
