In 1701 Thomas Harris became a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his tenement in Reskajeage Called Cocks tenement with the house, garden, meadow & green, as well as £40 and other items.
In 1717 Thomas Haris was bequeathed £23 in the Will of John Gilbart of Camborne, yeoman, Thomas' wife also being a beneficiary.
In 1730 Thomas Harris was a beneficiary of the will of his brother John Harris of Camborne, receiving one-sixteenth part of his adventure in Wheal Rosewarne.
In August 1741 Thomas Harris renounced Administration of the goods &c of his late brother William Harris of Camborne.

Gives 1 shilling to his son Joseph Harris.
Gives 1 guinea of gold to his daughter Margery Prout, and a half-crown each to her daughters Mary and Jane.
Gives 1 guinea of gold to his daughter Prudence Hockin and to each of her daughters a heifer aged two years.
Gives to his wife his tenement in Reskajeage, and after her death he gives his right, title and interest in the same to his son Francis Harris and his two daughters Ann Harris and Cardelia Harris.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his wife whom he appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
