Bequeaths in Trust all his personal estate to his brother Richard Britcher of Otham, farmer, to convert into money to be invested in public stocks, funds or securities, and to pay the dividends to his father Stephen Britcher of Otham and, after his father's death, to pay the same to his mother Mercy Britcher for the term of her natural life.
After the death of his parents he bequeaths the said Trust monies to his brother Richard Britcher, appointing him sole executor of his will.
